What materials do you use for your 3D prints?

We primarily use high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is a biodegradable and non-toxic plastic made from renewable resources like cornstarch. It is durable and safe for household play.

Are your toys safe for small children?

While our materials are non-toxic, many of our miniatures (especially dollhouse accessories) are small and can be a choking hazard. We recommend our products for children aged 3 and up, and always advise adult supervision during play.

Do the products come assembled or do I have to build them?

Most of our dollhouse furniture comes fully assembled. However, our “Boy” collection features DIY Assembly Kits (like the car models) which are designed to be snapped together without glue—perfect for a fun STEM activity!

Can I request a custom color for a product?

Yes! Most of our items are shown in specific colors (like our signature yellow), but since we print to order, we can often accommodate custom color requests. Just send us a message before ordering.

What is the “Scale” of your miniatures?

We primarily work in 1:12 scale (standard dollhouse size) and 1:6 scale (Barbie size). Please check the specific product description to ensure it fits your existing collection.

How long does it take to ship my order?

What should I do if a part arrives broken

3D prints are sturdy, but shipping can be rough! Hence its happen rarely, But if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a unboxing video of the package, and we will send a replacement immediately.
